Workspaces let you organize similar content, manage teams, build themes, and more.
Workspaces can be created at any time in the dashboard by clicking on the active workspace name in the top left of the screen and selecting Add Workspace. You can choose a free workspace or create a workspace on the Mappica Pro plan.
The workspace is central to Mappica's structure. When you create a new project, it will always be associated with the workspace that it was created in. On the Pro plan, team members are invited at the workspace level. Custom themes and color manager settings are applied to all projects within a given workspace.
When you upgrade your workspace to the Mappica Pro plan, you get access to the following features:
If you have created multiple workspaces, you can switch between them by clicking on the name of the active workspace in the top left of the screen and then selecting Switch Workspace.
If you wish to delete an entire workspace, including all of its projects and workspace configurations, this can be done in the Settings page of the workspace.
Only the owner of a workspace has the option to delete a workspace. Also, the option to delete a workspace will not appear on workspaces with active Pro subscriptions. Please first cancel your Pro plan on the subscription page.
